1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all persons who access, register with or use the winpr online casino platform at winpr.win. 3Account Registration

You are permitted to hold exactly one winpr account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended without notice and the balances will be reviewed before any decision on return of funds is made.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact number. This information must match the identity documents you would provide if asked for verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your winpr account login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any other person. winpr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your winpr account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Enable two-step verification from your account settings for additional security.
• Contact winpr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account or play on your behalf.

winpr reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on winpr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Ra ast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your winpr balance within a few minutes of confirmation through your payment app. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are authenticated directly within those applications – your wallet credentials are never entered on the winpr platform itself. Raast transfers typically reflect within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within 1 hour of approval.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into your account, or to a verified account in your own name. winpr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements before funds can be released.

5Bonuses and Promotions

winpr offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and seasonal cricket bonuses tied to PSL and T20 events. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games and crash games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in each bonus's specific terms.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the winpr platform – including slots, live casino, crash games and table games – operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live-streamed real-world outcomes. Game results are determined independently of the platform and cannot be manipulated by winpr or by players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winpr:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to play games or interact with the platform in any automated manner.

7Account Suspension and Closure

winpr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:
